Output alkaline water introduction

Alkaline level 4: ph9.0~11.0, Strong alkaline, we use to soaking vegetables, beef, pork, and fish to remove the fishy taste and smell. It also good for making soup, help for maintaining their nutrients. You can use the water to clean oil stain on dishes.

Alkaline level 3: ph8.35~10, it suitable for daily drinking. It can improve your overall health and upset stomach, constipation, diarrhea.

Alkaline level 2: ph8.0~9.0, it's good for cooking rice, preserves its natural flavor longer. This level is suitable for people who just having alkaline water initially.

Alkaline level 1: ph7.5~8.5, it's a good start for those who never drink alkaline water before.

After the body used to had alkaline water, can try to have alkaline level 2 step by step.
