● Coarse filter
1. The core part of the filter is the filter element, which is composed of a filter frame and stainless steel wire mesh. Stainless steel wire mesh is a vulnerable component and requires special protection;
2. After the water treatment filter has been working for a period of time, a certain amount of impurities settle in the filter core. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter core in a timely manner;
3. When cleaning impurities, special attention should be paid to ensure that the stainless steel wire mesh on the filter element is not deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter is installed again, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements, and equipment such as compressors, pumps, and instruments will be damaged;
4. If the stainless steel wire mesh is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
● Precision filters
1. The core part of a precision filter is the filter element, which is composed of special materials and is a vulnerable component that requires special protection;
2. After the precision filter has been working for a period of time, the filter element blocks a certain amount of impurities. At this time, the pressure drop increases and the flow rate decreases. It is necessary to remove the impurities in the filter in a timely manner and clean the filter element at the same time;
3. When removing impurities, special attention should be paid to the precision filter element, which must not be deformed or damaged. Otherwise, if the filter element is installed again, the purity of the filtered medium will not meet the design requirements;
4. If the filter element is found to be deformed or damaged, it needs to be replaced immediately.
